Dance Tuition and Registration

Clear, Straightforward Plans for Every Family

Automatic deductions occur on the 1st of each month. Cash or check payments are due by the 10th.
Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes, but students may take make-up classes within their age range or level.
Family Discounts: 10% off for the second student, 15% off for the third.

Weekly Schedule

Early Childhood Dance classes are offered in 12-week sessions with one tuition payment per session. Tuition includes costume and performance. Elementary and Teen classes may be paid annually, by semester, or through monthly tuition payments, as outlined below. Classes are not pro-rated for missed classes. Students are welcome and encouraged to take makeup classes.

Early Childhood Education Dance Classes

Session 1: August 17 through November 7

Parent & Child: $145 per family per session

Creative Dance: $245

Includes perfomance in CDA's Black Box.

Tumbling: $245

Includes perfomance in CDA's Black Box.

Pre-Ballet: $325

Includes Nutcracker costume rental and Performance.

Pre-Ballet & Tap: $345

Includes Nutcracker costume rental and Performance

Registration fee: $10 per family due for each session at the time of registration.

Elementary and Teen Dance Classes

Monthly August 24 through May 29

Dance Dress Code

Creative Dance & Parent-Child Classes

Athletic or dance clothing with dance shoes or bare feet. Long hair off the face.

Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Acro

Creative Dance & Parent-Child Classes

Black dance pants and a fitted, solid-color top. Shoes: tap (black), jazz (brown/caramel), or bare feet for modern.

Ballet and Ballet/Tap

Creative Dance & Parent-Child Classes

Ballet and Ballet/Tap

Black leotard, pink/skin-toned tights, and matching ballet shoes. Long hair in a neat bun. Boys may wear a white t-shirt with black tights or shorts and black ballet shoes. Ballet & Tap combination class students also need black tap shoes.

At what age can a child begin dance classes?

Parent and Toddler classes begin for students who are walking, ages 1-3 years.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes, we offer beginning classes in all form of dance!

Can boys take class?

Yes, boys love to dance and we create an inviting culture for student of all genders to join our classes.

Any classes for adults?

Yes, we have a robust Adult program including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Barre, and Yoga classes.

How do I register for classes?

Registration is available online or in person at CDA during office hours.

What is the enrollment process?

Enter your information, choose your class(es) and enter your payment preference.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. Registration fees are $30 per family for the academic year (Elementary and Teen classes) and $10 per family for each 12-week Early Childhood session

Is there a discount for more than one child in a family?

Yes, second students in the same family receive a 10% discount. Additional students in the same family receive a 15% discount.

Are there any recital fees?

Yes, recital fees vary from $50 to $125 and include a costume rental or purchase, a video of the performance, and rehearsal time at CDA and onstage.

What is your refund policy?

We fully refund tuition with a 2 weeks' notice of unenrollment.

When does your fall (or summer) season begin?

Early Childhood enrollment is based on 12-week sessions throughout the year. Elementary and Teen classes closely follow the Jeffco school calendar, August to May. Summer session is June/July.

Are classes offered on weekends?

We offer classes on Saturdays.
