REHEARSALS

Most Saturday rehearsals include students from Ballet 3 & 4 and Advanced Ballet. Students will be notified of their schedules. For full cast rehearsals, the youngest students will be excused early and that information will be shared in advance.

 Dancers should arrive at the theatre prepared for the stage! This means arriving in the costume sent home with you after dress rehearsal. Please refer to the insert in your costume bag for additional notes: pink ballet shoes, pink tights, hair in a neat, mid-level bun, etc. 

Some classes are sharing costumes: Ballet 2A and Charlise's Toy Soldiers. These dancers should come dressed according to their note sheet, and we will provide them with their costumes once they are checked in. 

Please note the following:

- Costumes are rented and should be returned the week following performances during your normal class time

- Dancers in multiple costumes (Ballet 3, Ballet 4, and Advanced Ballet) should wear appropriate flesh-colored undergarments 

- No jewelry or nail polish (simple studs for earrings are acceptable, no colors or designs)

- Bring a labeled water bottle

- Dancers in one show do not need to bring snacks, unless for dietary/medical reasons. Eating while in costume is not permitted. No peanuts backstage.

- We have tights for sale at the studio for $10. These can be added to your account. Please purchase new tights this week if you need them!

Dancers will remain backstage for the entirety of the performance and will be supervised at all times. Pre-Ballet, Pre-Ballet/Tap, Ballet/Tap, and Ballet 1 dancers will be released directly from the stage after the performance. All other dancers will exit through the security checkpoint.  Below are arrival times for dancers. Dancers will not be permitted past security prior to their scheduled arrival time.
